Edibles Business Course

Creating CEOs

Arcview Research estimates the legal cannabis market will soar to nearly $15 billion by 2021, with edibles and ancillary pot-products representing a big part of that boom.

Edibles Business Course is designed to provide attendees with relevant information, insights and do’s and don’ts from experienced successful edible company owners. Our mission is to give women the knowledge, resources and opportunities to build financially stable businesses within the cannabis and hemp industry. Classes are small to facilitate more personal education and interaction between instructors and attendees. All classes, meals, and networking are held at the Pueblo Convention Center in downtown Pueblo, Colorado.

The city of Pueblo is an example of how cannabis-centric and hemp businesses can have a positive economic impact. The cannabis and hemp industry has revitalized the community and improved the quality of life. The Colorado State University - Pueblo has added the Institute of Cannabis Research. ICR has evolved into a highly-regarded research facility.  Approximately $750,000 in funding was available in 2018 to graduating Pueblo seniors attending a local college or university through Pueblo County's cannabis-tax funded scholarship. 600 scholarships were awarded.

Over 40% of all cannabis grown in Colorado comes from the cultivation facilities and farms in this area giving attendees the opportunity to tour edible companies and dispensaries.
