Dispensary Management Certification

Dispensary Management

Dispensary Management certification prepares budtenders, and managers from other industries transiting into cannabis.

In 2020 there were 7,490 dispensaries across the country. This number is rapidly increasing as more states legalize medical marijuana. As of February 2022, 37 states have legalized medical and recreational cannabis. The national estimate for Dispensary Management salaries is $80,000.

The Dispensary Management Course is recommended for first time dispensary owners.

The Dispensary Management Course provides entrepreneurs and CEOs opening their first dispensary with the knowledge and insights to create effective standard operating procedures and to make the best employee choices.

Dispensary Management

I have been working in the Colorado Cannabis Industry for over 10 years. Being a cannabis enthusiast and activist, living in the midwest, since 2003 I decided to pack up and pursue my passion to contribute to building pathways of access and education for the public. I got my humble beginnings in Colorado at Altitude Organic in 2013 when they were just standing up their business. I was at ground zero. Through years of hard work, building relationships, cultivating ethical and aesthetic business practices I have opened 3 medical retails and have been promoted to the General Manager. I now oversee all of Altitude Organic’s operations which included 3 cultivations, an extraction/infusion lab, 5 medical retails, and one recreational. The position is demanding and rewarding. I am proud of the quality of our staff and the high quality of our organic products.

Although I do private consultations as Full Bloom Consultants, I wanted to provide management training for a broader group of entrepreneurs. I developed the online Dispensary Management Course for those working in cannabis or wanting to start a new management career, and owners wanting to take a hands on approach.
