Michigan Hemp Symposium is a one-day hemp education symposium focused on jump starting the Michigan hemp agricultural community in partnership with Cannabiz Connection and The Hemp Biz Conference. With up to date information on industrial hemp cultivation, implications of the Farm Bill specific to hemp, MDARD specifics, regulatory updates and an overview of business opportunities in the developing industry.
The Hemp Symposium Series has been developed to meet the needs of hemp the growing hemp industry by providing up to date information delivered direct to the emerging agricultural and manufacturing communities.
While market projections vary, most research indicates that the U.S. hemp industry will reach 10.6 billion dollars by 2025. This growth is attributed to rising demand for hemp products in oil, seedcake, food, beverage, fiber and personal care products.
Together, we educate to grow a sustainable hemp industry with attention to multiple areas of the supply chain.
Our main conference is May 1st & 2nd in Denver, Colorado and will offer expert speakers from around the U.S for deep dives into topics such as advanced hemp farming methods, cannabinoid science advancement and innovations in sectors such as animal food, bio-fuel, textiles, plastics and hemp building materials.
