Executive Director Partnership moves women beyond empower into a position of ownership as a partner with the Women’s Cannabis Chamber of Commerce in their state. This is a working partnership. WCCC is looking for the right partner in states with legal cannabis. Each applicant will be vetted. This is a legal commitment and it is important that we have a harmonious working relationship. 

Before you submit the necessary information we want you to be realistic. 

• This is a partnership not a mentoring program. 
• This is not a way to get your foot in the door. 
• A minimum of two years in the cannabis industry is required. This is a unique industry. You need to understand how it works and doesn’t work. 
• You need to have a basic understanding of the politics and policies that dictates the cannabis landscape. 
• You need to be in a state with legal cannabis.

Having a passion for the plant and being a consumer is not enough. WCCC is seeking partners who understand the experiences of women in the cannabis space and the power of bringing women together. 

WCCC celebrates the creativity of women, but has standard operating procedures, templates, and an established brand. WCCC is not interested in redesigning or reinventing our brand.
