Madison and Montana Marzario story of what inspired them to enter the cannabis industry begins like most women’s stories, with a health crisis. Sisters, Madison and Montana learned first hand there was nothing natural that could help with all the trauma that comes with a head injury.
Montana grew up as a competitive ski racer and eventually competed at a D1 level. She was an All-Star and Athlete of the Year for the Alpine skiing team at the Vail Ski and Snowboard Academy in Colorado…She had 11 top-five finishes in FIS events in 2014-15, including a first-place finish in the National Junior Slalom race in December 2014. After suffering from an injury, she came across CBD, this is when she gained the passion and desire to give people more knowledge about it.
During this time, she earned a double major in Business and Economics. at St. Lawrence University, providing her with the framework and passion to open a company. After seeing incredible and promising benefits from CBD, Madison and Montana knew they needed to share this discovery with others. This is when the Care Division was created, based on a mission to create the highest quality products and an affordable price.
Inspired by traditional herbalism, utilizing modern science with development in a CGMP facility, Care Division creates all of their products using pure CBD isolate sourced and processed in Colorado. Care Division formulas are designed to enhance the effects of hemp by blending it with synergistic compounds from plants, nootropics, and nutraceuticals while ensuring affordability.
“Care Division tinctures are handcrafted to enhance the effects of THC and CBD by pairing them with synergistic compounds from other herbal extracts, nootropics, and nutraceuticals. Our products aren’t about getting you high, we are trying to improve your quality of life. Not your standard tincture.”
FYI: Montana’s favorite Care Division product is the Dream tincture.
Madison was first introduced to the legal Cannabis industry in 2011 when her parents became owners/operators in the legal Colorado market. This early exposure to navigating the emerging legal cannabis ignited her passion for industry. Madison began her career by disrupting the market with a product line focused specifically on health and wellness, Care Division. She had played on her high school ice hockey team and was aware of the chronic pain endured by active adults. Madison and Montana understand the importance of high quality, effective, natural pain relief. Care Division has become one of the most reputable brands based on their innovation, transparency and partnerships with several Doctors, Professional Sports Teams and pharmacies.

Both Madison and Montana Marzario embody the entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to creating cannabis products and companies built on integrity. Madison echoes the sentiments of other young women in the cannabis industry –
“We are a female-founded, locally owned and operated company,” Madison said. “This is our whole life. I used to work in a corporate office and Montana graduated from an amazing college with connections to work anywhere. We took a risk to jump into this industry because we believe in it. We’re a family that’s built our health and lifestyle around these products.”
